YOUR FORMER GROUP Several people have asked if the BeatleManiacsRock.com website could post photos of present Villages musicians (active now or in the past) showing them in their former bands or links to the websites of their former bands. If those of us who play on Fridays are not reluctant to appear live, we'll gladly accommodate those who would like to appear virtually. Just email your digital images or links of your band's website, MP3s, YouTube videos or other digital memorabilia , and we'll post as much as we can... assuming none of the content approaches any Ozzy Osbourne-type entertainments. (Click this link for images of Ozzy's arrest photos.) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ CLICK IMAGES OF BANDS BELOW FOR THEIR INFO |

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "DRY ICE" Jim Fraser's Band Dry Ice was a Massachusetts band that had a great future. They had made several unreleased recordings, and they were getting bigger audiences and record label attention. As Jim describes it:
This YouTube video, "Mary Is Alone," remained unreleased for decades, until psych collectors began circulating a bootleg of their unissued songs. | |
Garry Long's Band CLICK IN BLACK AND WHITE CONTENT BELOW FOR LARGER VIEW. Two reasons: Reason #1 - One of our club drummers (and our webmaster) was also born in Roy's hometown, Cincinnati, Ohio. Reason #2 - For Reason #2, ask our club band's Bass play, Garry Long. It's a short story about a Long brother. ....okay, okay - Got me. Reason #3: Roy Rogers also played guitar and sang, even while riding Trigger. |
